My success rate has always been since I am working as an online tutor that is, for around 4 years now. I always provide the students with an organized lesson plan keeping in mind the syllabus they have to cover so that they can achieve better marks. I like to know if my students are actually learning what I teach them so I take frequent feedbacks from them. I also believe that revision tests are necessary to make them understand their weaknesses and strengths hence I incorporate them in my teaching.
