About Ashley Howard

I believe in discovery-based learning. So every week, based on our lesson plan, I provide some questions to the students that they have to prepare. Then during the study sessions, I discuss one question a day, highlight what they did correctly and where can they improve. This makes the student learn to find solutions on their own and wherever they face problems, I am here to guide them. I believe in this way I am training them to be an independent learner.
