It is important to assess the needs of a student first to build a successful relationship with them. I have worked with students who usually used to underperform in class and they could achieve straight A’s with my guidance. I generally go lesson by lesson covering past questions and textbook questions so that students can prepare for their tests simultaneously. At last, I take revision sessions where we revise previous topics, do practice tests and students get a chance to clarify their doubts if any.
