I think it is important for a teacher to know their students well so as to build a good relationship with them. So I begin with an introduction where I like to know about a student’s interests, favorite subjects, hobbies, and fears as well. Then I build their study goals with them giving them the opportunity to take control of what they want to learn and when. Before exams, I prefer taking doubt sessions and practice sessions so that students can get acquainted with the paper patterns and can work on their mistakes side by side.
