Every student has their own learning pace and as a tutor, I try to go accordingly. If a student is weak in any subject I generally break down the concepts into smaller sub-concepts so that it is easier for them to grasp the topic. For a student who is already performing well in the class, I directly start with higher order thinking questions and challenge their learning. Both the approaches have turned to be fruitful for subjects like Physics, Biology, and Math.
